Choose a pack
Pick from our range — Day 1 essentials, winter warmth, women's packs, study supplies. Every item has been pre-approved by Corrections.
We've already done the research. We know what each prison allows, what gets turned away, and what your person actually needs in their first weeks.
Tell us who and where
Their full name, PRN if you have it, and the prison they're in. That's it.
If you don't have their PRN, no problem — we can usually still get the pack to them. We'll never share your details with anyone.
Pay securely
Card or Afterpay. Encrypted, GST-included, NZD pricing. You'll get an emailed receipt with the order number.

Tell your person to lodge a property request
We send you the words to use. You make the call (or write the letter). Your person submits a property request form to their unit officer.
This is the one step that has to happen on the inside — and it's why deliveries get held up when families don't know to do it.
We deliver direct
Straight to the prison's property office, with tracking. They get what they need, usually within 5–7 working days.
You don't deal with Corrections. You don't drop anything off. We handle the chain of custody, the paperwork, the lot.

Every NZ prison requires the person inside to submit a property request form to their unit officer before any incoming delivery can be released to them. Without it, the parcel sits in the property office. With it, they get it in their hands.
